Launch Video

Dough is the first ever wine collaboration for the James Beard Foundation, with winemaking led by Heidi Bridenhagen from MacRostie Winery. The wines were crafted in concert with a diverse group of chefs and beverage professionals to create the most food-friendly wines possible. The brand’s mantra is that each bottle, each glass, and each conversation can make an impact and become a catalyst for good.

We were brought in to create a compelling launch video that helped share the story behind the wine’s philanthropic efforts in the food and beverage industry – especially during the challenging times brought on by COVID. A Netflix “Chef’s Table”-inspired visual treatment was created utilizing filmed b-roll, existing photography and supplemental stock imagery. We captured and incorporated on-camera interviews with the James Beard Foundation’s CEO and COO so they could deliver what the partnership means to the foundation first-hand. 

This video is being used to introduce and promote the brand with sales and trade partners, as well as to consumers via an abbreviated version produced for the brand’s Instagram page.
