Constellation Brands
Constellation Brands launched a new Stage Gate process to help standardize the way innovation projects are handled across the organization. They needed a long-term educational video to help introduce the new process in an informative yet digestible way.
We developed a high energy, fully illustrated training video that compared NPD to speed dating, describing how the new process worked via a Monopoly-like game board. The animation incorporates humor to keep the audience engaged, and all content resembled Constellation and its employees.
In addition to the training video, key executives and program stakeholders were interviewed and included in an intro video to kick off training across the U.S. We made sure to capture the leadership team’s enthusiasm and buy-in on screen, as well as incorporate light music and airy graphics to mimic the fun training video.
These videos were shown in large-scale wine and spirits training sessions throughout the U.S. and were housed on the company’s intranet site for reference post project launch.
